Caroline is amazing! We found The Bridge through Get Agent and so grateful they called us to book a valuation with Caroline.
No other estate agent has gone above and beyond to help us in the process like Caroline has. Her support carried on past finding a buyer right up to a challenging completion 18 weeks later. Without Caroline I genuinely don’t believe we would have moved, she instilled confidence and reassurance whenever we were stressed or at breaking point and I knew we were in safe hands when she said “leave it with me”.
If we decide to move again *shudder* then there is only one estate agent we would instruct even though we’re no longer local. The Bridge is more than just selling your property.

What a find! Edenbridge has a few agents to choose from, however, The Bridge and more importantly, Caroline came highly recommended by people in the town. And wow, she didn’t disappoint. Caroline at The Bridge Estate Agents not only found my retired Father his perfect home in Edenbridge when he registered as a buyer, she also was kind enough to step in and take over the sale of his property which was completely outside of her area. Within a couple of weeks we had a firm offer, several months after the house had originally been put on the market by a well know High Street Estate Agents with little activity and no success. Caroline was kind, professional and patient throughout the whole process with an extremely nervous and axious elderly man, we could not recommend her enough. Caroline at The Bridge is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable and sincere estate agents that I have dealt with without being pushy. THE BRIDGE: Caroline is an amazing business woman. As our estate agent she went beyond our expectation. Cheerful (an amazing laugh), understanding and compassionate. “When the going got tough” and we mean really tough she simply “got going”!
Caroline did endless chasing when legal teams at times appeared to drag their heels and was always on the end of her phone no matter how late in the working day.
She was understanding with the tears and the impatience we showed of the legal process and the stress we encountered in the chain but we got there in the end.

We purchased a house through the Bridge Estate Agents after a chain had fallen thorugh. We needed to act fast to keep the chain together. Caroline was very clear and honest about what was expected in order to keep the chain togther. Caroline made herself available many times for us to visit the house to check things were in order as the house was empty. As usual in house moves, additional questions were raised at the last minute by legal teams which jeopardised exchanging contracts within the time scale. Caroline helped clear many mattters up with umpteen phone calls or emails often outside of her working hours. I do believe that if it wasn't for Caroline's dedication and commitment the house sale would have fallen thorugh. Finally if your trying to sell your house, this is agent to go with. They really care and ggo the extra mile to get sales over the line.
